Summary0008684: Too many button clicks to adjust axes in plots
DescriptionIn the x-y plot and bar chart views, it is a very common operation to adjust the range of the axes. I would say it is more common to adjust them than to not. However, it takes a heck of a lot of button clicks to get to the axes adjustments. (Open view settings, open settings for axes, click on the Layout sub menu, spend several more clicks actually doing the settings, then repeat everything for the other axis.) You should be able to adjust the axes with only a few button clicks.

Utkarsh, I set bug for 3.6 because I know you are working on new GUI for the new charts right now. Try to keep this issue in mind as you create the new GUI. If some needs to be delayed to 3.8, that should be fine.
