Surface edges fix is about to be moved to branch.  After that, we should be ready to go assuming there are no objections.

Let it be a joint press release.  Sandia will be responsible for wording on the successful things brought up.
== Unstructured multiblock rendering ==
After some discussion, we might as well automatically merge blocks together to volume render them.  We already have to redistribute data with D3.  What's the difference?
