UI Improvements
Remove old panels	Remove obsolete pqObjectPanel and subclasses. This will require some refactoring to migrate the panels for pq3DWidgets. These currently are pqObjectPanel subclasses.	Utkarsh	Started working on this. Needs some more energy/time to wrap it up.
Improved lighting	Need to add UI to allow editing/placing lights interactively in the scene.
Measurement Tools
Improved measurement capabilities	We need to add support for various measurement tools that can be used interactively to measure in ParaView. Add ability to add measurement annotations to visualizations generated in ParaView i.e. more than just 3D widgets for interactive measurement.
Documentation
Interactive Guide	We need to add ability to do interactive guides for new users in ParaView.
Better Proxy XML Documentation	We need better proxy XML documentation for plugin developers.
