SPCTH Issues
Lisa has a few data sets that she is trying to visualize on Red RoSE. Nobody but Lisa can see them. They are ~100 Million elements, CTH. Having trouble running, threshold, cell to point, and extract CTH parts has a bug in it. There are pieces of the mesh that are not showing up.
Action items:
- Alan will make a debug build on Red RoSE.
- Dave Karelitz will make a programmable filter that will spit out the output from the reader to verify that it is reading the files correctly.
- Dave will get himself sucked into the project so that he can work on debugging PV.
- Berk will be the point of contact at Kitware.
