- No ITK includes in SimpleITK
- Organization of SimpleITK
- Clearly separate distributed header, from compiled code
- Separate SimpleITK interface form C++ template wacky-ness include
- Need versioning info for SImpleITK
- Would be good to include git TAG, if no tag the SHA in version
