[Paraview] Error with vti file, endianness?

They are probably not, because trying to read them on a little-endian 
machine gives the same error.

I have not yet found a working example for this XML stuff with appended 
raw binary data. The other none-working example I'm aware of is this:

I suggest to use base64 encoded binary data. This works fine for me.
