[Paraview] Static geometry in Ensight Gold files

Hi Martin,

You should be able to specify this in your EnSight case file; the 
EnSight file format certainly handles the case where the geometry is 
static and the variables change over time. The EnSight reader in 
ParaView should correctly read such a dataset without you having to 
explicitly tell ParaView that this is the case. If you find that this 
does not work in ParaView, please post a small dataset that demonstrates 
this problem, and I'll be happy to look into it.
