[Paraview] Error in CVS

I just checked in a change to vtkPVScalarBarActor.cxx that I think will fix the problem.  Let me know if it does not.

BTW, in the future it would be helpful if you reported the system you are compiling with.  I'm guessing you are using MSVC 7 or earlier.
