[Paraview] CVS: sphere center and origin of slice don't coincide with same coordinates

I have same coordinates (x=0.2605 y=0.3300 z=-0.3801) of sphere center
(radius say 0.001) and origin of YZ slice, but slice seems to be deviated
from the sphere center (see figure). Looks like these two cases have
different precisions. Any suggestions?

Paraview Version: Latest CVS QT: 4.4
cmake:2.6.0
Visual Studio .NET 2003, Windows XP
