[Paraview] requesting particular animation frame

I just noticed that requesting an animation frame (by entering a number or 
using << >> buttons) does so by walking (loading) all the frames one by one 
from a current one until the desired one is reached. Did I screw something in 
the RequestInformation / Update of my Reader?
