[Paraview] ParaView 3.6 - CRLF line endings in .tar.gz source file

Traditionally, the paraview-*.tar.gz source tarball has had Unix (LF) 
line endings, but the 3.6.1 tarball has CRLF line endings.  Playing 
havoc with my patches...
