[Paraview] Updated ParaView 3.6 binaries now available

Folks,

Thanks to your quick feedback, we were able to track down the issues
with the binaries and the new binaries are now available for download
at:
http://paraview.org/paraview/resources/software.html. We greatly
appreciate your patience with this.

A caveat before people try the new "VisIt plugin" for readers: as
noted in the release announcement, the plugin is in an experimental
feature, and hence only available with the linux and 32-windows
binaries and that too not loaded by default.
