[Paraview] Translating and distributing the SC08 tutorial handouts?

Hi Ken,
Many thanks for the supportive words. We will obviously make sure
about the original credits and the feedback.
Indeed it would help us a lot if we can have the document sources,
especially the original image files. Can we have the files?
