[Paraview] [Xdmf] xdmf2 and paraview troubles

[Berk Geveci]

Is there a particular reason why you are using hdf5 1.8? Things would
probably go smoother if you used 1.6.X.

This error clearly should not occur, but since you're using an intel compiler, some combination might not have been discoverd. (possibly even a CMake issue causing types not to be detected properly, but unlikely)
