[Paraview] NetDMFPlugin for Paraview build issues

I am also getting this error when I configure the plugin:
 CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:25 (QT4_WRAP_CPP):
   Unknown CMake command "QT4_WRAP_CPP".
I am using cmake v2.8 and Qt v4.6.3.

Hi Di, 

I believe this class does not exists in VTK release 5.6. You would have to check 
out the latest source code.
