[Paraview] Python to export spreadsheet

Hi Alan,

Perhaps there is new API that I am not aware of, but as far as I can tell
this is what is required:

Sphere()
view = paraview.simple._create_view("SpreadSheetView")
Show()
Render()
exporters = servermanager.createModule("exporters")
csvExporter = exporters.CSVExporter(FileName="/tmp/test.csv", View=view)
csvExporter.Write()
