[Paraview] reading list of images

I just had a quick look (in
ParaView/Servers/ServerManager/Resources/readers.xml) and there isn't
a FileSeriesReaderProxy for PNGReader.   For information on doing this see
here - http://paraview.org/Wiki/Animating_legacy_VTK_file_series
