[Paraview] How to install PV 3.6.2 on Red Hat Enterprise version 4?

Hi Ken,
could you please explain us how to compile ParaView 3.6.2 on Red Hat
Enterprise 4?

Can you list all the rpm packages necessary?
In http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView:Build_And_Install#Note:_debian_build we
can see only the deb packages list for Debian, but obviously they aren't the
same on RHEL 4 and we haven't experience on RHEL 4...; moreover, it seems
that qt >= 4.3.3 aren't available on RHEL 4.
