[Paraview] ParaViewWeb not animating (UNCLASSIFIED)

Hi Kelly,

It seems that you found a bug.

I've double check on our server which as been updated using the
SuperBuild, and the error seems to be related on the way the
TimeKeeper proxy is fetch in the PWApp.

In the mean time, I've just push a fix. So if you update the
ParaViewWeb source, you should be good to go.
