[Paraview] 3.14 pvsc enumeration issues

Is there any way this patch was rolled back into the 3.14.0 pre-built binaries?    We're pushing 3.14.0 as our current default and I'm now getting bit by this enumeration bug.     I'm not really interested in pushing 3.14.1 if I can help it.  8-)

The bug that I'm hitting is that I have enumeration strings and regardless of which string I pick, I'm getting the default value as the setting .....

Attached is a patch. Can you please verify if that solves the issue?
