[Paraview] How to install into /usr/lib64 with 3.98.0 RC3?

Looks like they are replaced with:
-DVTK_INSTALL_INCLUDE_DIR
-DVTK_INSTALL_ARCHIVE_DIR
-DVTK_INSTALL_LIBRARY_DIR
which seems to work.
