[Paraview] how do I do this?

I have vector velocity data from a CFD simulation, and I would like to
visualize the flow like this:
http://earth.nullschool.net/#current/wind/isobaric/1000hPa/orthographic=267.73,5.54,350

Is there any way I can do this with paraview?
