[Paraview] Iso Volumes do not blend into each other (z buffer not present?)

ParaView and VTK in general, doesn't support rendering multiple
datasets as volume-rendering in the same view. One solution is to
append the two datasets and then volume render the result. Note this
will increase memory and append will need as much extra memory as the
two combined datasets.
