[Paraview] How to label cell or point by variable value in Paraview 4.0?

Ben,

That hasn't changed in 3.x or 4.0. You go to the "Selection Inspector"
panel to do that. In the upcoming 4.1 there's a new panel that makes
this even easier  -- just FYI.
