[Paraview] Got a 404 error when test LiveArticles sample

Hi Seb,

I tried to make the file_loader module can push new data to clients. But I
always get an error like:
exceptions.AttributeError: _FileOpener instance has no attribute
'pubHandlers'. Do you have any ideas about this?
