[Paraview] How to set the address of pvserver for the web.pv_web_file_loader module

Hi all,

I tried to use the file_loader to open up a file on a remote pvserver. As
mentioned here<http://www.paraview.org/ParaView3/Doc/Nightly/www/py-doc/paraview.web.pv_web_file_loader.html>,
some arguments such as --ds-host and --ds-port are supposed to point to the
remote server. But it seems the file_loader.py in paraview4.0.1 doesn't
take them as arguments. Is there another way to do that?
