 I can try rebuilding, but these buttons work for both right and top axis here. I am able to change the font face, size, color. This is with master on Linux. If you think it might be a Windows specific error I can start a fresh build. I also tried the release branch, and this also works on there for me.

Is this still an issue for you? You do need to click on apply for any of these settings to be pushed (or OK).

 Not sure if this was reporter error, but it is fixed now. Note that instructions are incorrect - should have said "Left Axis - Set Font"

Tested trunk, windows, local server.
