| Description | I'm using version 3.10.0_64 When clicking on the eye in the Pipeline browser the tab in Object Inspector called Display does not show the appropriate form (see Screenshot). It should only show one box where you can tick "Visible" | ||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | # Open any data file (in 3D view, Line Chart view) # Click the eye in the Pipeline Browser to hide the object # Open Tab "Display" in the Object inspector | ||||||||
| Additional Information | Additionally, this for example allows in Line Chart View to show a variable even if the eye in the Pipeline browser is inactive. To do so hide the object then go to the Display tab in the Object inspector and activate any variable (if it is already activated you have to deactivate and then reactivate it). | ||||||||

I believe that this is correct behavior. Note that you are showing the display tab for whatever filter is highlighted in the pipeline browser - NOT whatever is visible. |

I agree with your last sentence Alan. However, as you see the filter in the Pipeline browser is set to invisible. Still there is data visible in the Line Chart view. Additionally I see the full display tab. I attached another screenshot which illustrates what I would expect to see. |

Won't Fix. The current behavior is correct. The options in the Display panel in the Object Inspector should remain visible even if the data in the chart view is not being displayed. |
