Summary0012030: Crash on File->Open if current working directory has been removed
Descriptiongit master, OS X 10.6.7, Qt 4.7.2, CMake 2.8.4, builtin mode.

ParaView crashes when File->Open is selected if current working directory has been removed.
Steps To Reproduce1. mkdir tmp
2. cd tmp
3. paraview&
4. cd ..
5. rmdir tmp
6. File->Open
Then ParaView crashes after showing "No current working directory" to console.

 I agree with Utkarsh.

I also tested it with Windows, and Windows won't allow the directory to be deleted/moved. It is marked as in use.
