Summary | 0013607: Add more advanced representation
Description | Add more advanced version of the representation pull-down. Add the following: Allow outline of the total dataset, or of each block, or a rectilinear checkerboard pattern of lines. Allow this outline on only the surface of the dataset (current functionality) or inside the volume (showing where complexity is for AMR). Allow selecting front, or back, or both. Allow user to easily select the equivalent of wireframe/ backface surface. This is currently tricky, especially for a first time user. Allow cull frontface or backface or follow frontface (as is currently provided).
