Summary0014668: Crash when removing invalid isovalue in contour
DescriptionWhen using the "Isosurfaces" widget in the contour's properties panel, you can easily crash ParaView by clicking the "-" button with nothing selected. To replicate:

1. Create a Wavelet source. Apply.
2. Create a Contour filter.
3. Immediately click the "-" button (Remove current entry.) Crash.

When the crash occurs, you get the following error message:

ASSERT failure in QVector<T>::at: "index out of range", file /Users/kitware/Dashboards/MyTests/NightlyMaster/ParaViewSuperbuild-Release/install/lib/QtCore.framework/Headers/qvector.h, line 351
