Summary0014766: CTH Tracer cleanup
DescriptionCTH tracers still have some cleanup.
* An error message appears in parallel, remote server. Tracers need to work in parallel, and the error message needs to be removed.
* Only open up one 3d window, tracers on? If a user uses tracers, and wants tracers, she will know they exist. Otherwise, if only tracers are found, open a second window, 3d. Currently, a 2d window is opened for markers, and yet another for tracers.

 So far in testing tracers in parallel I can find neither the multiple windows (only uses the one 3d window I have open) and can't reproduce error messages. Tracers look to be the same as single process. I may need a different test file.

 This was caused by a bad .config/ParaView/*.ini file. Deleted it, and now things are fine. Closing.
