Summary0014904: Crash when switching from color by catagories to color range
DescriptionWhen you switch the color mode to color by categories and select colors without any categories and then turn off the color by category option, ParaView crashes. To replicate, do the following.

1. Load can.ex2. Apply.
2. Color by ObjectId.
3. Open the Color Map Editor.
4. Check "Interpret Values As Categories".
5. Click the "Choose preset" button and pick some colors.
6. Uncheck "Interpret Values As Categories". Crash.

Granted, the crash only happens when there are no categories and the color is uninteresting. But I ran into this crash many times when I tried coloring by categories and got poor results.
