0014964: Apply button in trace options servers no apparent purpose

Description

When you select Tools -> Start Trace, you get a dialog box to select trace options before the trace is started. At the bottom of this dialog are 5 buttons for: reset, save, apply, cancel, OK.

Of these 5 buttons, the apply button serves no apparent purpose. The "applied" options do not take effect until the trace is started after OK is hit, and hitting OK implicitly applies the options to the trace that is started. Thus, the apply button should be removed.
