Summary0015559: Setting color map range to [0, 1] has no effect
DescriptionSteps to reproduce:

- launch paraview with built-in erver
- Load disk_out_ref.ex2, all variables on
- Click Rescale to custom range and set the range to [0, 1]. There is no change in the color legend

The problem does not occur when setting the min to something other than zero or max to something other than 1. It occurs only when the range is set to [0, 1].
