Summary | 0016073: ParaviewWeb simple install python script raises exception
Description | I'm following the Simple Install in this guide: http://www.paraview.org/ParaView3/Doc/Nightly/www/js-doc/index.html#!/guide/quick_start [^] after specifying which system (linux64) The install raises an exception: ParaView-4.1.0-Linux-64bit/share/paraview-4.1/www/ext/bootstrap/img/glyphicons-halflings-white.png Caught exception [Errno 2] No such file or directory Googling the file, looks like other (non-Paraview users) are having the same problem with this bootstrap resource. Looks like a path issue. Would also be nice if this script was updated to 5.0.1. Cheers, thanks for your good work.

We are currently resisting the way ParaViewWeb is integrated and working with ParaView as well as the documentation. We are currently creating a ParaViewWeb repo by itself which live here: https://github.com/Kitware/paraviewweb [^] Where the github.io pages of that repo will be the actual ParaViewWeb documentation which already get auto generated. Which also means that the visualizer application will also get its own app/repo which can also be found here: https://github.com/Kitware/visualizer [^] There is still work to be done for consistency and that is basically what is holding some announcement. We are in fact targeting the next ParaView release for that announcement (5.1). In the meantime, you can already start using the new code base if you feel like it. |

We will update the documentation to match the new usage with npm. |
