Summary0016750: volume() doesn't work for CTH AMR data
DescriptionPlease fix the python volume() function for CTH flat mesh and AMR mesh datasets. Needs to work in parallel. Here is how to replicate:

Remote server, Linux, master.

* Load Dave's small CTH AMR dataset. All vars on, apply.
* Python Calculator. Expression: volume(inputs[0]). Array Association: Cell Data. Apply.
* Now paint by result. It is -1, which is an error condition. This needs to be fixed.

I wanted to mention that dave's small amr dataset is 8X4X4 == 128 units. From there, using the integrate variable filter, it should be easy to figure out if this bug has been fixed.
