 Eric, custom filters have recently been revamped to be more like other source proxies (infact it is a vtkSMSourceProxy subclass now). Can you verify that they work with lookmarks? Thanks.

 Tested client/server. Used can.exo, two clips. Made custom filter. used custom filter. made lookmark. used lookmark.
