Summary0004696: Clip filter plane widget not always visible
DescriptionWhen I opened an exodus file, applied a custom filter (warp-vector and threshold), then tried to clip the custom filter, the plane widget was not visible in the display. Toggling the visibility didn't help

Clipping the exodus reader (applying the filter and deleting it without accepting), then clipping the custom filter resulted in the plane widget showing up.

It looks like the plane widget's bounds are not reset properly when working with custom filters. This may be too hard to fix in 3.0. If that's the case, I will postpone it to 3.2. There are other things that don't work well in custom filters so this wouldn't be first.

There was a bug a while back about the statistics view not getting data from custom filters. It works there now, and it can get the bounds of a custom filter.
Perhaps its fix was not generic enough to fix the filters that have 3d widgets.
