Description | If you open an exodus file and color by a cell variable, then go to a different timestep with a different scalar range, the scalar range doesn't update, and reset scalar range to data in the color map editor causes a segfault. This is running standalone | ||||||||

The scalar range should not update when you change time steps. That is the desired behavior to ensure that the color range does not change during an animation. The crash is, of course, a bug. However, I cannot replicate it. I load the can dataset, show EQPS, move to the last time step, and then click "Rescale to Data Range." Everything works fine (Win32, builtin). Under what circumstances are you seeing the problem? |
