We should find a better way to report progress. Maybe instead of printing, we invoke an event that the user can add an handler for. The default behavior can still be the current one. |

This is done. The paraview module no longer reports progress whereas the servermanager module reports progress and has a method to toggle it with ToggleProgressPrinting() |
