Summary0007790: Animation next frame button is broken
DescriptionBug found Client/server, this bug acts slightly different local server, but is still there. Maybe fixes should be tested both configurations. Here is for the local problem.

Local ParaView 3.4.0, Linux.
Open can.exo. Apply.
Click the up arrow, to the right of the time counter window. It will go 0->1 Click it again, it will go 1->3. Click it again, it will go 3->5. Obviously, it should just increment.

Workaround - use the usual "Next Frame" button.
