Summary0008621: (Venus - Low) Manage custom filters doesn't get rid filters correctly
DescriptionManage custom filters doesn't get rid of custom filters immediately. It requires a reboot. This should happen without a reboot.

Create custom filter.
Manage custom filter/ delete.
Go to the filters/alphabetical menu, your custom filter is still there.
exit, restart ParaView. It has gone away.
