This works fine for me. The results of calculator show up just fine in the XY plot, and they take no longer than if I was to draw its input (disk_out_ref) directly. This is probably just the ordinary slowness of the new charts with plotting data with thousands of points (and it is getting better). In the future, could you try verifying the "badness" with the output of, say, a plot filter so that we are not chasing the performance issues we already know about? |

I forgot to mention, I tried this on both Mac and Linux (with remote xhost) and the plot came back in a pretty reasonable time. I think there have been several improvements in the performance in the last week. |
