| Description | Running ParaView 3.4.0 on XP. Local server. Open .cvs file I select "Field Delimiter Characters" as a "," then press "Apply" the following errors occur: Cannot set up lookup table, no X array. Cannot set up lookup table, no X array. Failed to locate the data to plot on either axes. | ||||||||

The 3.6 version has been branched and is undergoing last minute fixes and cleanup. Once the source is satisfactory stable and the builds are created, the official release announcement will be made. This should happen in the next couple of weeks. If you are willing to compile ParaView, I encourage you to check out the branch from CVS right now. Hi, Thanks for your help. Yes, I'd like to try it out. Is there any way I can get the source by using Subversion or could someone post the beta .exe file somewhere that I could access? Thanks, Ed Sykes |

SVN access is not available although there is a git mirror hosted at github. You should be able to get it from there if nowhere else. http://github.com/Kitware/ParaView/tree/cvshead [^] Binaries have not been created. They will be posted on the ParaView download site when they are ready. |

Hi, I've spent many hours trying to compile and build Paraview 3.6 ... but no luck. Is there any way that I can import my .cvs datafile into Paraview 3.4? Thanks, Ed Sykes |

In short, no. CVS is not really a generally capability in 3.4 as it is in 3.6. For help in building ParaView, you should consult the Wiki. http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView:Build_And_Install [^] If you are having a specific problem, you should email the ParaView mailing list. paraview@paraview.org Please don't ask by reopening this bug.
