gordon multiple problems leak in ex2 reader with cache connectivity fix to vtkappend filter that needs cleaning up calc incorrect, doubling amount of memory and not squeezing still more memory being used in current representation pipeline than 3.8 6 meg/timestep for wipple 1.2 gig for 12 timesteps, now down to 6.8 utkarsh back;
