July Build Goals
Display Re-architecture (Utkarsh)
Did most of it. Still don't have tile display and cave display. Will have it this month. Parallel volume rendering is also not working.
Multiple Output (Berk)
Finished server manager stuff. Utkarsh was working on Qt stuff. It should all be working now.
Test Compositing (Amy)
It is working on Amy's computer. Still trying to fix a bug or two. Will be checked in shortly.
Setup valgrind (Amy)
Kitware has a machine that is running valgrind on PV3 code. Trying to get rid of the errors that we cannot do anything about. valgrind is not being friendly about it.
Multiblock Client Delivery (Dave D)
In python client you can now fetch all of the data set or part of the data set. Can compute the min/max/sum/total. Other filters have to be fixed before this can be declared finished. Almost done.
Animation GUI Panel (Clint)
Has been out the past two weeks.
Switch to new Exodus reader (Eric)
Ongoing.
DART metadata support (Eric)
Implemented, but there is a bug in the UI that comes up when reading a daraset with face/edge block types.
Exodus writer (Eric)
Nothing to report.
Chart – better zoom, legends, line styles and axis controls (Mark)
Stuff checked in does not include line styles yet. Working this past week. A few bugs to work out.
Fix Linux progress in client server (Clint)
Both Clint and Dave K. are out. No report this week.

Working. There is a UI issue where you specify file before specify server write.

Some basic labeling is working. Do a rubber band select and all the points will be labeled. Can label cells, too. Not checked in yet.
Needs to consult Utkarsh and Berk on how much interaction is needed.

Random Connect Id Bug
Utkarsh will take care of it.
Rpath issue on Mac
We will stick Berk with this issue.
