Fragment extract of 2D AMR grids. We have a use case for this, and the current implementation does not support it.
We have to prioritize what Charles should work on: 2D AMR, Regular Grids, Unstructured Grids, Performance Scaling. The most immediate concern is the 2D AMR. Lisa would like this soon. The most important, and a slightly (6 mo) longer term is the performance scaling (making sure that we can scale to 1000's of processes).
