- Wylie - Confirm whether Prism and Dobran-O-Viz can be released as open-source software, as part of the public CVS repository, or whether they need to be removed / renamed / etc.
- Wylie - Create Wiki page describing selection policy.
Discussion
Kitware presented the work that they will be doing to simplify / clarify the Python API in coming weeks.
The team agreed that, in the short-term, the user interface will block / display some modal dialog while the client is waiting for a server in "reverse connection" mode. In the long term we will need to revisit this once multi-server support exists, since the client could be doing useful work connected to one server while waiting for a connection from another.
After a second week of discussion over how selection should be accessed through the user interface, Brian W. agreed to create a "Selection Policy" wiki page to capture what little behavior we could agree on ;)
