[Paraview] Crystal Eyes and Red Blue Stereo in the same compilation

FYI, --stereo-type is not supported with 3.6.2.

Here's the output from paraview --help:

...
 --stereo-type=opt      Specify the stereo type. This valid only when
--stereo is specified. Possible values are "Crystal Eyes", "Red-Blue",
"Interlaced", "Dresden", "Anaglyph", "Checkerboard"
...
